Please use our Client Portal to submit a vacancy. A recruitment consultant will then get in touch to discuss the vacancy further. If you’re struggling to register an account, please email jobs@briterecruitment.com with your job’s specifications.
With our digital channels, we can access candidates from a number of sources. We publish jobs on multiple job boards as well as our social media pages, making sure to target your job advert to candidates that match your specific needs. We also proactively source and headhunt candidates to meet your specific requirements.
Our new website is attracting more and more candidates every month, so our database is continually growing. We also have the schema for Google for Jobs so all our advertised vacancies will be listed in Google Job Search.
The cost varies depending to the vacancy’s salary and type of recruitment strategy required. We operate on a “no win-no fee" basis so you wouldn’t have to pay unless you employ someone that we had found for you.
For a permanent employee, we charge a percentage of the first year's annual salary. The percentage varies depending on how you would like to work with us, the volume of business and whether we work with you on a sole agency basis. We offer competitively priced, bespoke recruitment solutions.
For temporary worker we charge a mark-up on top of the temporary worker’s pay rate. This amount covers all costs relating to payrolling the temporary worker and all associated costs such as NI and Holiday pay.
Job Seekers
When we receive an application that we think is suitable for the role, we’ll contact that person within 3 working days. If you have not been contacted, it could be that your application wasn’t quite what we were looking for. It may also be because we didn’t receive your CV. Please check your email (and your junk/spam folder) to see if you have received our automated response, which confirms that we have received the CV.
If you really think that you are suitable then please give us a call on 01242 228200 and we’ll explain our decision. Sometimes a CV may not be clear, and we may have made a mistake!
This could be for any number of reasons. Sometimes clients are specific about industry sector experience. For example, they might have told us that they only want to see candidates with a certain amount of financial industry experience. It could also be based on the information we hold on you, whereby we don’t think that you would be interested in the role. For example, if you told us that you were looking for a minimum of £50,000 and the vacancy is paying £30,000. If in doubt, please call us on 01242 228200 and we can double check. Rest assured, if we can put you forward for a position, we will do so!
Unfortunately, most of our clients are unable to provide UK visa sponsorship opportunities. Therefore our recruitment agency may not be the best option for anyone without right to work in the UK. For more information about visas, please find out more on the Gov website.
